Each batch is a mandatory once per month, in-person, 90 minute discussion with 5-7 peers. The batch is made up of:

• entrepreneurs who are themselves one of the main decision makers of the company,
• have revenue generation such that...
• they have at least one person they lead. This person could be part time, contract, or full time.
• The industry or business model doesn't matter.
  

In fact, we value diversity at the table in ways of industry, culture, gender, age, stage, and more. The more diversity, the better the learning and possibilities for innovation.

The intake process starts with the entrepreneurs applying. Then they are interviewed and specifically selected to be welcomed into the batch. We expect a minimum commitment of 12 months in order to build trust and deeper relationships with one another.

The investment is $252/mth + GST and can be paid all at once or monthly. If grants applied, it would be all at once.

We do expect open and honest communication and participation through balanced sharing and listening time.
